  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Most orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of your order. With only a few exceptions (see below), we do not charge our customers extra for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground services.
    You pay only shipping and handling based on the total value of your order. This charge is calculated at checkout. .01 - $25.00 Shipping Charge: $8.98, $25.00 - $50.00, $10.98, $50.00 - $100.00, $12.98, $100.00 - $225.00, $14.98, $225.00 and up: Free Shipping. Purchases paid using a credit card: Total Paid will show on your Credit Card Statement as: Discount Gifts-Collectables (our parent company).

    Exceptions:


    To offset the additional cost of shipping pond liners 250 sq.ft to 400 sq.ft, there is a delivery handling charge of $49.95.
    Pond liners 401 sq. ft. or larger will have a delivery handling charge of $129.95 - must be shipped on a truckline.

    Aquatic Plants Shipping Info:

    Aquatic Plants are shipped from mid March until late-fall. Aquatic plants must be ordered separately from dry goods (pond supplies) with a flat delivery handling charge of $14.95 per order. Plants are shipped "bare root" or "soil-less". These are healthy plants that are removed from soil for shipping and must be returned to water/soil immediately upon arrival. You will receive planting instructions with your plant order. You may read information on Plant Care on our Plant Info page. We do not ship aquatic plants outside of the continental U.S.

  • Shipments to any Virginia location will be charged 5% sales tax.
